Information about Our LUTs. 

We include a few different versions of many of the LUTs. Some with different saturation amounts or a variation of the colors. By doing this it helps you select the right version that works best for your photos.

When you see (LT) next to a version it is a version that has a more washed-out look in the shadows (Raised Shadows)

A few but not all of the landscape LUTs are not suited well for people photos. We have some of the tones boosted in the same range that many skin tones fall in. By doing this it creates a more rich and colorful landscape with better shades of browns, tans, and reds. This also works great for buildings and cityscapes.

Our film looks are not enhanced with a film grain look. We keep the image clean so you can add in your own amount of film gran if you want using whatever program you are working in. This way you are never locked into a granny image look you do not like giving you more control over the final image.

Shadow colors R, G, B, Y, O, T. Many LUT looks use an enhanced shadow color to give the image a special look. In the LUT names if you see an R after the number like 1R or 2R it is enhanced with Red in the shadows. G has Green in the shadows and B has Blue in the shadows. Y for Yellow, O for Orange and T for Teal. If it has two letters like 1RY then it is enhanced with two shadow colors like Red and Yellow and so on. This way you can see what the shadow color enhancement is in the LUT name.
